About SkySnags

SkySnags operates skysnags.com and related services. We are a flight deal alert service. We identify, verify, and publish discounted airfare deals and deliver them to subscribers based on their preferences.

SkySnags is not a travel agency, airline, or booking agent. We do not sell flights, hold seats, issue tickets, or process travel reservations on your behalf. When you click a booking link on our site, you are directed to a third-party airline or booking platform, and your transaction is solely with that provider.

By accessing or using SkySnags, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

Subscription Plans and Billing

SkySnags offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions unlock additional features including premium deal alerts, extended route watches, and priority notifications. Details of each plan and current pricing are available on our pricing page.

Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) until you cancel. SkySnags never stores your full credit card number or banking details.

Prices are subject to change. We will notify subscribers of material pricing changes in advance. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to all paid features through the end of the period for which you have already been charged.

SkySnags does not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your case promptly.

Deal Accuracy Disclaimer

SkySnags makes reasonable efforts to verify that prices are accurate and bookable at the time a deal is published. However, airfare prices are dynamic and can change at any moment without notice. Airline inventory is limited and fares may sell out quickly.

SkySnags does not guarantee that any advertised fare will be available when you attempt to book. We are not responsible for price increases, fare expiration, booking errors, or any other discrepancy between a published deal and the price shown on a booking platform. Always confirm the price and all terms directly with the airline or booking provider before completing a purchase.

Affiliate Disclosure

Some booking links on SkySnags are affiliate links. This means SkySnags may earn a commission if you click a link and complete a booking with a partner airline or travel platform. This commission is paid by the booking provider and does not increase the price you pay.

Affiliate relationships do not influence which deals we feature or how we rank them. We publish deals based on value and relevance to our subscribers, regardless of whether an affiliate relationship exists with the provider.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use SkySnags, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date. You may not create accounts for others without their consent, use automated tools to create accounts, or share account credentials with others.

You agree not to use SkySnags for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm the service, other users, or third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that engage in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkySnags and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes but is not limited to: missed flights, booking losses, travel disruptions, or costs incurred as a result of relying on deal information published on this site.

SkySnags's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SkySnags in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular deal will be available or accurately priced.

Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of SkySnags after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should cancel your subscription and discontinue use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware.
